Well here we are with my first posting to our Blog. Would you like to know where we got the name AeroXS ? Some people pronounce it as one word and it sounds like medicine. Actually it is pronounced “aero excess” because we deal with what the the name says, excess aviation spares. We solve the problem of excess inventory for one operator who has the parts that another operator cannot find and needs.

What is the the problem of excess inventory? For the one in charge of operations it is too much of the wrong stuff that cannot be used to keep the helicopters flying. We freee up the the warehouse and bring in money by selling the excess spares so that the operator can buy and keep what he needs.

Currently we specialise in Eurocopter helicopter spare parts for the Alouette 2, Alouette 3, Lama , Gazelle, AS365 Dauphin and SA 330 Puma. Of course, we cover the rest of the range also.

The mission is simple:

to provide a total logisitcs solution to the operator that is quick and efficient and at an affordable price.

Well with this blog I want to sound off on a few things and I will get “the inside deal” from my contacts on what is happening with these great machines. Also, we need to find out what is the support like for the engines for the Astazou14, Artouse IIIB1 etc. Let us know your experience, whether it is good or bad.

Let me know what you think, your comments on everything relating to these aircraft and we will take it from there. Just keep in mind younger ones ( ie children ) might be read this blog so please keep things clean.
